With regard to the walls, vegetation and its location, the property offers a great privacy. You can enjoy the shade of the old pine trees, watch the bay and the sail boats just few meters away, or you can just walk to the beach which is only 250 meters away. The villa is accessible also by car, there is a parking place in the garden.The villa consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms, bathroom and hallway upstairs.
